When you make a purchase, 24/7 Discount will receive a compensation from the webshop. We will share this compensation with you. This way, you will always save money!

How can I receive the membership discount?

  1. Create an account via 24/7 Discount with your email address.
  2. Look for a webshop where you would like to shop.
  3. Click the “visit with discount” button. The webshop will open in a new window.
  4. Start shopping and complete your purchases online right away.
  5. The membership discount will be added to your account within 48 hours.
  6. As soon as you have saved up a membership discount of € 25, you can request a payout. 24/7 Discount will transfer the membership discount to your bank account within 7 days.

How long will it take for the membership discount to become visible in my 24/7 Discount account?

Of course we will try to put the discount in your account as soon as possible, and usually this happens within a few minutes. Once the order has been confirmed, it will be a maximum of 48 hours before the membership discount is visible in your account.

No membership discount was added to my account, what should I do?

It can take a maximum of 48 hours for the membership discount to become visible in your account. Has the membership discount still not been added after 48 hours? We will check if you are still eligible for a membership discount over the order in question.

I have received less membership discount than I was expecting, how is this possible?

If your membership discount is based on a percetage, it will be calculated based on the order amount excl. VAT, shipping costs and administration costs. This might be the reason for the difference. It's also possible that you have ordered a product from a category which another membership discount. The various discounts over the offered products, can be viewed on the retailer page of 24/7 Discount. Do you still think you received a too low membership discount? Select your question on the contact page and enter the requested information. We will check if the added membership discount is correct for this order.

My membership discount has been added, but it has the status ‘pending’, why is that?

24/7 Discount gives the membership discount the status ‘pending’ for as long as the webshop has not checked the membership discount yet. As soon as the webshop has checked the membership discount, you will be informed of this right away. 24/7 Discount will send you an update email with the new status of your membership discount.

My membership discoun has the status ‘rejected’, why is that?

The webshop has decided to reject your membership discount. There are multiple possible reasons. Such as returns, cancellations, but also incorrect use of 24/7 Discount. For example, if you looked for a discount code on another website in the meantime, if you used a newsletter from the webshop, or because there were already items in your shopping cart when you started shopping at the webshop via 24/7 Discount. Do you still think that your membership discount was rejected unjustly? Select your question on the contact page and fill in the requested information. We will check why your membership discount was rejected for the order in question.

How long will my membership discount be ‘pending’?

Webshops check membership discounts themselves. Some webshops do this every day, others every week or every month. Unfortunately, a few webshops take even longer. As soon as the webshop has checked your membership discount, you will be informed right away. 24/7 Discount will then send you an update email with the new status of your membership discount.

If I click to the webshop I want to visit, I end up on another website, what now?

If 24/7 Discount does not link you to the correct webshop, it is (temporarily) not possible to shop here with membership discount. We will appreciate it if you let us know about the unavailable website via contact.

I do not see a “visit with discount” button, what now?

If you cannot click to the webshop via 24/7 Discount, it is (temporarily) not possible to shop here with membership discount. We will do our best to offer a good alternative, until shopping with a discount at the webshop in question is possible (again).

I want to submit a request for payout, how does this work?

You can submit a request for payout of approved membership discount from € 25 or more. 24/7 Discount will pay out membership discount in portions of € 25. You must enter your personal information in order to receive a payout.

I have submitted a request for payout, when can I expect payment?

24/7 Discount will process a request for payout within 7 days. This means that you can expect the membership discount to be paid to your bank account about a week after submitting your reqeust.

I want to change my email address, where can I do this?

You can change your information under the menu item information in your personal account. Your email address is also your username.

I want to change my password, is this possible?

Yes, that is possible! You can change information under the menu item information in your personal account. Under ‘Login information’, enter your new password and click save.
